      - Total salary package is nice together with compensations and benefits. - 40 vacation days; 13 can be sold

      Inconvénients

      - Not professional company. You cannot feel that you are in an European company. Performance assessments are not fair. HR is not professional. Mobbing might happen and you cannot prevent this.

      Avantages

      Advanced tools fantastic technology to learn from. If you have a good mentor learning is smooth.

      Inconvénients

      Management gets in the way of being an egineer. Customer driven as to be espected. Office jobs over shadow fab workers ( fab is looked down on ). Lazy coworkers work load is never balanced.
