Avantages
You get a chance to work with cutting edge technology in a company that has a huge portion of the market. The company is large enough to be stable but the Wilton location is small enough that you can get to know most of the engineers.
Inconvénients
Software is a support roll there, so don't expect to be doing anything innovative. If you're excited about the idea that your software will be running on big, expensive, state of the art machines then you might enjoy the job. But if you want to grow as a software engineer then it may not be the best place for you.
