      - Innovative cutting-edge technology, leader in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing space (EUV!) - Great people, bright, friendly, open for collaboration and teamwork - Annual bonus

      Inconvénients

      - Upper management (mostly based in the Netherlands) has made questionable decisions recently - reducing focus on technology/innovation, which is ASML's core strength - Slow processes + red tape slow down engineering progress - Much of the Wilton site is currently under construction
