      Upper Management offers zero resources to retail level but expects Team Leaders to work Open to Close several times weekly. No work-life balance or recognition for hard work and driven results. Also, benefits are not great/pricey insurance.

      Avantages

      Great manager, amazing product that sells itself. Very reasonable and professional standards and practices. Felt valued, good discount for employees.

      Inconvénients

      Some younger associates that aren’t geared for retail/don’t take it the most seriously but that’s retail
