      Avantages

      Good colleagues Okay compensation when you join (but no increments later) Good work / life balance

      Inconvénients

      Very poorly managed, a lot of people who were working for more than 40 years took early retirement and a lot of people just left the company. Management seems not to care about the knowledge loss. Management seems not to care about loss in business and customers are not taken care of. No potential for career advancement. There is no bottom up communication. Company is top heavy (too many managers too less workers).

      Engaging people, open and supportive culture, and good dialogue during the interview process. Team is excited to hear new ideas and ways to continue improving the company!

      Due to compressed timeline, majority of interviews done over Teams rather than in-person
