      Original "regime" of Management was pro-employee. Opportunity for growth, ok environment

      Inconvénients

      new regime of management does not understand the products, company morale at all time low, no raises in 3 years

      Engaging people, open and supportive culture, and good dialogue during the interview process. Team is excited to hear new ideas and ways to continue improving the company!

      Due to compressed timeline, majority of interviews done over Teams rather than in-person
