      Love how clear cut success at Apex is and how management generously rewards when goals are met! Very understanding and fair work environment. Allows for a variety of diverse opinions and is very open to feedback

      Inconvénients

      There tends to be spikes in workload but this is more driven by the industry

      Their office is a long commute from the city.

      They care for their employers and try to have team building activities to create a fun and friendly work environement.

      Inconvénients

      People work a lot and put long working hours for low pay.

Our salary structure is benchmarked against similar firms in our industry, but we also understand that individual circumstances vary. Thanks again for the review and for your contributions to Apex.
