      Avantages

      The health care package and other employee benefits has historically been very good. Individual employees are typically friendly and cooperative.

      Inconvénients

      Internal communication is poor. Direction from outside the U.S. is strong but erratic. The business is strongly departmentalized with poor communication between departments. Employee growth through training programs is not an understood concept.

      Avantages

      Worked out of the Wisconsin area everyone was pretty nice and had a decent amount of communication. Yearly get together with everyone in the area paid for hotel, drinks, and food. Bill, Travis, and Luke were real ones

      Inconvénients

      running you through training asap to get to customers because they need bodies and dont want to lose a machine contract. Wisconsin area has the most techs so they will pawn you off to other areas because they dont have the man power. I was told id almost never leave my area probably spent the night hours from home 50 nights my first year when i was told it wouldnt be more than 10.
