Avantages
Great work environment, you get an office not a cube. The people are very nice and very smart. You get good technologies to work while developing power systems software for latest Windows & Red hat platforms. Most teams use agile methods: -Planning session every 2-3 weeks -Daily scrums
Inconvénients
People tend to work here for years so its somewhat hard to move up, but it's easy to move around. Power Systems company, not a typical software company which some devs might not like.
