      Avantages

      When i was looking for a job, I wanted something that I could go into work everyday and walk out knowing that i worked as hard as possible and made every dime of the money I made for that day. I am the type of person that wants to be moving around and working as much as possible, and this is the perfect job for me!

      Inconvénients

      The only downside about working there I thought were the long shift hours. You could be there from anywhere from 6-10 scheduled hours.

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      Inconvénients

      EXTREMELY physically demanding. I injured myself multiple times while I worked there.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.

      Inconvénients

      + work/life balance + walked 28,000 steps/day!!! Never thought I would be fired for clocking in only minutes late!!
