      1. Good place to learn multiple positions, since they will fire or let people leave and all that job load will go to you 2. Free breakfasts

      Inconvénients

      1. Low salary - they will lowball with offer and never give you a fair raise 2. Unclear Company Vision or Strategy - they change their minds every day 3. Limited Growth Opportunities - they won't promote you unless they "like you" (not your job quality tho)

      - Delay pay. suppose paycheck twice a month turn into one a month or sometimes even two month. - one person doing 3 person work from different department.
