AIM was a great company when I was ready to re-enter the workforce full time after working part time while raising children for several years. I thought I would give it a try for a year while I figure out what I want to do and I'm still here 8 years later! They offer support and a great work/life balance!

This isn’t your typical ISD environment. It offers unconventional scheduling, unique job opportunities, and the flexibility of an ISD-like schedule. The focus is on Special Education, within a growing company. As the organization expands, I’ve noticed the implementation of more structured policies, which seem to be part of the natural growth process. Lots of opportunities for interns coming in from a school psych masters program. Great benefits, competitive salaries.

If you prefer a more traditional model, this role may present challenges. While there are always opportunities for work, some assignments are in harder-to-reach locations, though not exclusively outside city limits. AIM is highly focused on addressing client concerns and finding tailored solutions, which can occasionally create the perception of being overstretched—a dynamic that can be both a strength and a challenge. Could provide a bit more help with CE's, possibly offering more "invest in you" opportunities.
