      Avantages

      Office infrastructure is good. Policies are good to but only tech people can utilise it!

      Inconvénients

      Company has good policies, but claims team don't get it. No work life balance. Can't get Sat-Sun holiday. No extra pay for working additional days. Can't use the leaves provided by the company. Need to work extra time. Micro management.

      Good learning opportunity if you are in the right team

      Inconvénients

      Learning saturates after a certain time, type of work is heavily dependent on the team you are in.
