      Avantages

      Good experience to work directly with clients. Provided training in ABA therapy techniques and reimbursed for all trainings and tests you are required to take.

      Inconvénients

      Time of BI's is not valued. Not compensated for waiting for no show clients. If a client cancels last minute you have the option to drive to another random client maybe if there is one available to make up some hours or go home and not get paid.

      Avantages

      BCBA's and managers were very kind and taught me loads during the sessions.

      Inconvénients

      I constantly had trouble with scheduling (inconsistent clients, lots of sub work or last minute cancellations, scheduling team hardly ever gave me more cases to work on - instead the BCBA's would come straight to me and ask me if i could pick up shifts).
