good work environment, kind people, great crafty budget, nice office culture, hmmm, hmmm, that's all I got, words, words, words.

Inconvénients

low pay, long hours, almost too PC for their own good (in terms of hampering creativity), low pay for anyone who is not a writer, actor, or producer
