- Great for Chinese speakers with limited English to start a career - Environment helps you build a tough skin
Inconvénients
- Negative environment - employers made you feel that you never worked hard enough and pushed you over your physical and mental limits - Lack of integrity, several instances that bordered morality and legality - All work, no rewards - Zero team effort, managers and employees only fend for their own jobs - Management is used to sticking to the same routine, it is tough to bring new ideas and changes to the company
