Avantages
Despite the mid-size chain the company is, the department I worked in was very small, there were lots of opportunities and responsibilities that would not be given to someone as inexperienced as I was. I learned a lot and many of my coworkers are wonderful people to work with.
Inconvénients
There is this large gap between the pioneers that helped build this company and the administration. Many of the older generation did not like changes. They also pay under market average and have less benefits than similar sized companies. (also partly due to the older generation unwilling to have the youth earn more than they did when they started)
