      - Intense workload, the startup "roll up sleeves" atmosphere not for everyone - Growing company, some processes & structure not fully fleshed out - Rapid change, rapid pace - Complex products & technology: not selling widgets

      Avantages

      Great workplace culture and excellent benefits. A small but highly skilled team that operates with trust and mutual accountability.

      Inconvénients

      Four CEOs in the past three years raise concerns about leadership stability and the company’s ownership structure. Despite appearances, the Executive and Senior Management Team do not have true decision-making authority—the company’s direction and fate are ultimately determined by the Board of Directors, which is majority-controlled (3 out of 5 seats) by SK Group.
