Avantages

Good for freshers. They will have a good exposure and learn things quickly

Inconvénients

If you rely on your hard work and wait for getting rewards and recognitions, then you will end up handling only more work. The other people who is good at buttering management and who do a small effort and shouts for the entire day, will get everything.

Work/Life balance is good. Annual Raises and pretty consistent. Great work environment and friendly supportive teammates. They are morally and ethically grounded. Somewhat frugal, but will spend money appropriately when needed.

Inconvénients

Health Care could be better.
