Avantages

Some people that work there are nice and helpful.

Inconvénients

No HR dept. No career growth or path. Salary raises are a joke. Management will make you think they like you and suddenly you will find out otherwise. You will hear about upper management speaking badly about certain colleagues and being extremely nice to their face. Fake and extremely toxic environment. Anyway, by the end of the year, the company will cease to exist. They have laid off almost 20% of the company in the last six months.

Like many companies navigating change, we’ve had to make some difficult decisions in recent months, but we remain confident in our direction and the team we’re building.
