Deer Ridge Dental is a progressive modern dental office is looking for a Permanent Full Time Registered Dental Hygienist who is a dedicated, dynamic team player to join our Team of Dental Professionals.

Our team of dental professionals offer both general and cosmetic treatments in a most gentle, efficient and professional manner. We take pride in creating and maintaining a friendly, relaxed, and calming environment that caters to smiles of all ages.

Experience in a paperless office is an asset. New grads are encouraged to apply. Willing to train.

Position is for Monday 11am - 8pm, Tuesday (once per month) 9am - 3pm, Wednesday 8am - 6pm, Thursday 8am - 3pm, Friday 9:30 am - 1:30pm.

Qualifications:

• High-level knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans with patients professionally and effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Tracker knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental hygiene procedures including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing.
• Conduct oral health assessments and provide patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques.
• Take dental X-rays as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
