- Lead a team of data analysts in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies and methodologies to optimize business processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, define project objectives, and develop data-driven solutions.
- Design and maintain data models, databases, and data visualization tools to support data analysis and reporting requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and predictive modeling methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and understandable manner.
