Decent salary good earning potential however the money is not worth the long hours and pressure better jobs with good work life balance....
High pressure all the time, long hours never able to switch off. Lots of customer complaints which are left to you to pick up even if not you who caused the complaint and still expected to bring in massive targets.
Conseils à la direction
Be realistic support staff rather than using pressure tactics.
The Interview process is very well thought out which consists of a telephone screening which I gather is to find out if you have the initial skills to be with the company and then you have to complete some test online, once that's done you're invited for a face to face which that process takes 3 hours.
the whole process has shown me that Yell are very serious about who they bring in to represent them hence why you'll have to go through these interview processes
