J'ai travaillé chez Yell en Contrat Permanent (Moins d'un an)
Decent salary good earning potential however the money is not worth the long hours and pressure better jobs with good work life balance....
High pressure all the time, long hours never able to switch off. Lots of customer complaints which are left to you to pick up even if not you who caused the complaint and still expected to bring in massive targets.
Conseils à la direction
Be realistic support staff rather than using pressure tactics.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé une entrevue à Yell (Birmingham, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)).
The interview was structured in three stages: a long phone interview, in which you were required to take two online tests that determine your personality, a practical exercise, which included shadowing a person working at Yell, and a 121 interview assessing previous performance.
