J'ai travaillé chez Western Financial Group à temps plein (Plus de 5 ans)
My peers were great and made it a nice place to work.
I worked there for several years and during that time there were a lot of changes that they kept saying would lead to better pay and better benefits, but that never happened. The better benefits only applied to a narrow demographic. Changes to the bonus structure were never implemented, then the bonus structure was changed again and again never implemented. In my opinion this led to low morale as long tenured and successful employees weren't being recognized.
Conseils à la direction
Do better at recognizing when people do well within your organization, especially the little guys.
J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien à Western Financial Group en janvier 2010.
not very complicated, I'm really not sure what else to write here, the interview was very basic. Upon being hired, it was paperwork to complete, and set up a personnel file
