Back then company was doing very well financially and we had all kinds of toys and benefits.
"Senior" management consisted partly of previous interns which was there since the company was founded. Which is understandable to some degree, however creates a very strange dynamic when the people they are then overseeing have more experience and performance in the field.

As a first step I was having a short phone interview with the senior recruiting manager. It was a really relaxed conversation, the recruiter was really enthusiastic and she made a very positiv impression. She wanted to get to know more about my CV, experiences and motivations. The second round was happening through Skype. In this round also the future team leader was present and scanned the corresponding knowledge with regard to the position. The third and also final round was divided into two parts. In the first section I had to prepare a little case study. The second part was a group conversation with the future team members. The process was very dynamic and I always had very positiv feeling after each round.
