    Nice culture, Friday beer, international and quite easygoing environment.


    Very poor and inexperienced management. They have very strange structure so instead of team lead they give straight away a head title to people who barely have any experience, it’s enough if they worked in the company 2 + years to get promoted to a head title ... the issue is that not many ppl stay long in the company. HR is generally pretty good and helpful but also don’t have enough power to make a change. It’s just another over 10 years old start up that I feel quite fed up with. Come on ! Over 70% of tasks are administrative so forget that you actually will be able to develop your skills and help improve performance of your clients as the most time you will spend doing paperwork, chasing invoices .... and be more like a customer service. There is also lack of development which is disappointing especially that they company is under Axel Springer and offers lots of courses after your probation period but don’t get too excited most of them are not related to your job position, so you can only use some of them for your personal development which is at least something. Taking under consideration that most probably you won’t have much time to attend them as administrative tasks will take all your time ...oh and forgot to mention that many of the heads love micromanage so get used to they will look at your screen and check where are you going and for how long ...

    Conseils à la direction

    Start paying higher salaries. It would be nice to be able to get a pay rise higher than 2%, which is literally a joke! Also work on better bonus system that actually motivates ppl and first of all is achievable. Start hiring more experienced and professional people as team leads ( called heads in your unusual hierarchy) , who has already at least few years of experience as team leads etc.

    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Visual Meta (Berlin (Allemagne)) en avril 2016.


    The interview process consisted of two interviews over the course of two weeks. The first interview was a technical interview with some questions to get an understanding of my knowledge of different aspects of system administration. The second interview was more focused on my background, personality, goals and personal development. There was some technical aspects but it was more of a casual discussion.
