    Nothing to say. Nothing is organised here. Too much of politics. Unethical, money minded unprofessional organization finding hard to pay employees.


    1. No job security for every employee from faculties to house keeping department. They will terminate at any point saying performance is not upto the level without giving notice period. If an employee decides to quit definitely they will hold salary of last month as per company's policies. 90% of employees who quitted here were not paid their last month salaries and PF money deducted but no PF account was created. Modern day scamming and phishing in the name of corporate company.

    2. HR thinks themselves as CEO of the company. Such a unskilled HR professionals who talks with sugar coated words and makes false commitments to employees at the time of interview.

    3. Never expect any benefit if you are sales and marketing professional especially like incentive, week off on Sunday, travel allowance, PF and even salary as days goesby. Worst part is management used female employees as Field sales executive which is not told while joining. From pamphlet distribution to data collection like beggars in front of strangers need to be done by female employees here. If not salary will not be provided.

    4. They don't know their product's reach among people but expect revenue like already reputed organization. Instead of spending more money on digital marketing and false commitments to parents while admission, if they give value filled educational service to the students their product will reach more people. Word of mouth has more power than spending lakhs on marketing.

    5. Employees hardly survive 6months here because of company's unorganised rules and regulations. By joining here, One can suffer lot by losing mental peace.

    J'ai postulé via un établissement de l'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire.. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien à Venper Academy (Chennai (Inde)) en mai 2018.


    There will be a test( subject, aptitude). Then we need to give a demo infront of subject experts. Finally there would be a HR interview. Test would be on basics.
