    Tstaff in Canada are a wonderful group of people. Makes it a fun place to work.

    Inconvénients

    Company has many different parts to it. There are (or were ) 5 or 6 compamnies that comprised the group and it makes it feel like you are working for that many different companies at one time. Reason being that they all had their own policies and proceedures.

    J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à UCI-FRAM Group.

    Entretien

    Interview was conducted at their plant. HR Manager called the week prior to set up a day/time for the interview. I arrived 10 minutes early and the interview started 10 minutes late. HR Manager and Hiring Manager conducted the interview. HR Manager started with my work history from when I was in High School until now. The HR Manager took up the majority of the interview. The Hiring Manager asked several questions pertaining to quality. When they were asked questions about the company, position and necessary skills, HR Manager became defensive.Overall impression was the HR Manager had a candidate already in mind and the Hiring Manager did not. Would have been a waste of time except for the experience in interviewing with a team that had 2 different goals.
