J'ai travaillé chez The Challenge en Contrat Permanent (Plus d'un an)
The people that you work with at The Challenge are, without a doubt, a huge draw to working at this organisation - people are passionate about what they do and put in many, many hours of hard work.
There is a huge potential for growth at this orgnisation - if you have talent then this will be recognised and developed. For anyone who is starting their career or looking to accelerate, this is a good orgnaisation for you.
The Challenge recently went through a restructure and people, unfortunately, lost their roles - I think a lot of negativity has arisen due to this. There are still a lot of happy people working at this organisation, but you often do not hear their voices.
You do need to work hard, but this suits many people.
Conseils à la direction
Take into account what people on the ground say. Recognise and reward great performance; address poor performance.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé une entrevue à The Challenge (Reading, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en mars 2017.
It was a group interview with a lot less people than other interviews held by the Challenge (other jobs have up to 50 people there) - we had 7 of us. We were given various activities to complete as a group and given scenarios that we had to work our way through. We were also pulled out of the group sessions for a one on one interview with another interviewer. It was a fun day and the interviewers were friendly and open.
