Je travaille chez Royal London à plein temps (Plus d'un an)
Mix of people broadly supportive, really positive culture 'on the ground' amongst people who are willing and positive about working 'with' you. Career opps exist at lower levels which is great
Culture is changing, losing some of it's trust element - not sure where my function is heading anymore
Conseils à la direction
Speed some stuff up. Would love to see transparency beyond the 'mechanical' side of it.
J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé une entrevue à Royal London (Wilmslow, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en mai 2018.
Application process was straight forward, applied through a recruitment firm a few days later got a call for an interview. Interview began with a group session where we were meant to pick 5 companies and rate their customer service level. Then we went for one on one interview session and then a Microsoft word and writing session and finally a mock telephone session. i must say it was straight forward and professional. i just wasn't prepared, didn't provide the right answers and messed up pretty bad.
