    The workload is awful. Sr Managers expect you to work round the clock like a typical advertising agency. There's a lack of resource planning on the team and overall lack of empathy to the amount of work certain teams are expected to complete. Sales team doesn't care about process or timing for execution. They will beg and escalate requests to Sr. Managers to accommodate the work and and will get the commission all while the teams executing have to work insane hours to accommodate unrealistic expectations. Not only that, but the work is insanely mundane and will not progress you in your career in any way. In fact, it might set you back because there aren't any growth opportunities or ways to challenge oneself. Managers will tell you to "volunteer" for things if you want a new experience or the hope of gaining a new skill set. Favoritism is also a fun thing in this department and you can't forget corporate politics, because that definitely creeps in. Another con is that the leadership team likes to enable bad behavior for clients and rewards them either way if they commit late. Let's not forget the amount of meetings you'll be expected to attend. They'll take up majority of your already 8 hour work day along with client emails that you have to answer as quickly as possible, but the expectation will be to work the rest of your evenings to complete your projects to make sure the media launches on time making your full work day a solid 14-16 hours long.
