The interview was split in two parts. It was a very pleasant experience. For the first hour I was interviewed about my competencies, previous experience, and fit with the company. I had prepared some stories, which proved very helpful. The last ten minutes I was asked to interview the interviewer - I could have benefitted from preparing more questions. Second part was a case interview based on the sensemaking process. Preparing and practicing these at home is a must, albeit a bit difficult since they are the only company working with exactly that model.
