   Entretien

   Met with 4 people on the creative team and all the interviews seemed to go very well. Was repeatedly told how much they liked my work and felt like it filled in the gaps on their team. After my interview with the 4th person they said they would follow up within the week. Never heard anything from them, so I followed up a week later and they said they loved me and thought I was a great fit for their agency, but that they were reorganizing roles and didn't have a timeline for hiring. They said they would reach out when they knew more. The next day they reposted the job on linkedin and marked it as actively recruiting - I followed up to see if this was a different Sr. Art Director Position in the company and that if it was (and was for a different client), I would still love to be considered. I just got an email back saying "sorry for the confusion, it's the same position!". So clearly did not get the position, which was fine, but would absolutely never interview there again in the future or recommend anyone there since they don't even have the common decency to tell candidates they aren't the right candidate for the position.
