    Avantages

    Lifetime is really passionate about supporting the development of their employees. Within a year I progressed onto the 'next step' and was supported and encouraged throughout the process.

    People who work at Lifetime are passionate about their work, friendly and always willing to help (where they can). Everyone's hard working and gets the job done done, whilst communicating well on a professional and social level.

    Inconvénients

    Have experienced occasional miscommunications between teams, however there has always been a prompt response and solution that has been implemented

    Entretien

    I applied online, heard back promptly. Due to a fantastically-timed lapsed internet connection at home, I wasn't able to study the aspects of the role to the appropriate extent, which I was worried about (Don't let the same happen to you, it's embarrassing). But they were very understanding. One of the interviewers has a initially unimpressed tone but don't worry. Keep that wit, good answers, tasteful humour and industry knowledge up and you will have them both laughing hard. Charisma and wit is everything with a role like this. If you are young and fairly inexperienced, to make sure you stand out amongst the more qualified but dry applicants you are going up against, laughter is your best weapon.
