J'ai travaillé chez Executive Enterprise à temps plein (Moins d'un an)
fun environment, high energy, sales experience, will definitely be able to handle rejection better considering how often you get told no at peoples doors.
100% commission door to door, no base salary, no work life balance, about about 60-70hrs per week, no benefit package supplied by employer (they will try to get you medicaid) , no paid days off. The program itself is a failure, only one successful promotion to management in the last 6 years or so.
Conseils à la direction
base salary is necessary. Allow employees paid vacations. do not exaggerate what you offer .be upfront about how difficult it really is to be promoted
Le processus a pris +1 semaine. J'ai passé une entrevue à Executive Enterprise.
Very short first interview, didn't say that I would be doing door to door until the second interview. Very misleading info, she said that I would be able to move up into management after doing sales.
Questions d'entretien d'embauche
Raison du refus
Not into doing door to door
