Our Approach to Smarter Loyalty

Each day, retailers spend millions of dollars on promotions and loyalty programs, yet still cite customer retention as their greatest obstacle.  Much of this money is wasted because it is poorly targeted.

We listen to real-time event and historical data to understand your customer behavior gaps in real-time, at an individual customer level. Unlike other listening post technologies like Google Analytics, we listen for the the valuable behaviors that each customer is not currently doing.

Intelligent Rules

Leveraging our Intelligent Rules authoring platform, we create custom rules tied to your specific business needs. The process of creating Intelligent Rules involves three steps:

Behavior Mapping

What behaviors are you trying to drive in your business? Which of your customers have the largest behavior gaps? What “journey” do you want customers to follow to close those gaps?

Behavior Economics

What is the value to your business of closing each one of those behavior gaps? How much of that value would you be willing to share with the customer as an incentive to get them to close their behavior gap?

Propensity Modeling

Which customers are least likely to close their behavior gaps on their own, without an incentive? How can we best reach those customers to offer them an incentive to change their behavior?

At scale, across many types of behaviors and customers, Intelligent Rules become complicated to manage and optimize. That’s where our Smarter Loyalty approach comes in. Our team of experts constantly monitors customer activity, looking for ways to improve the rules and reduce incentive payout cost, allowing you to maximize profitability.

    J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien à Exchange Solutions (Toronto, ON) en décembre 2019.


    Pre-screening call followed by on site interview

    45 mins technical assessment followed by 60 mins interview.

    Overall the interview was not a pleasant experience, it was felt more of an interrogation rather than an interview. I felt somewhat intimidated and uncomfortable.

    Majority of the questions were skill questions, technical in nature and process oriented. Very little was asked about soft-skills, which I found surprising considering the role had leadership and mentoring component to it.

    In addition, no one got back to me with answers to my question(s).

    Generally, I have yet to receive any communication from them.
