I've been at Cytel a few years and I've seen the company move in a positive direction. It is a great company to grow your career as the company keeps growing and more opportunities are opening up for career advancement. The benefits are top notch, some highlights are 401k with match and affordable health insurance and dental. The salaries seem to be around market rate for the industry.
Company has grown but some departments are lacking headcount needed to help with work/life balance of current employees.
The annual bonus is below market rate. Doesn't seem to be any reason behind how much they give you.

Keep growing the company and hiring great employees to help some of the departments that are understaffed.
Work on making the annual bonus more comparable to other similar companies, as well as making the employee know why they were given that amount, i.e performance, percentage of salary.
Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé une entrevue à Cytel Inc (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)).
There were 3 rounds - aptitude+statistics screening, technical interview and HR interview. Aptitude was really challanging and in my opinion, only those with serious preparation can clear that. Especially, deciding which questions to attempt is critical factor. Statistics questions were relatively easy and of undergraduate level.
Technical round involves questions regarding core statistical concepts - statistical tests, survival analysis, logistic regression and odds ratio and most importantly- foundational statistical concepts like p-value and confidence interval, exploratory data analysis.
Both technical and HR round were quite well and panel was positive.
