My initial communications with CRI were great. I immediately clicked with the ECD and the Chief Strategy Officer during my first and only interview. They had reviewed my website and were already familiar with my work. Within a week I started working for CRI as a freelancer employee. Within another 3 weeks, they offered me a full-time position, which I accepted.
