Finding the proper balance is critical to exiting the downturn with greater strength, force and momentum. It?s a lesson I learned from experience. When the Great Recession hit in 2008, I employed 150 incredibly talented, hard-working people at my media tech company, Centro.     Entretien

    I was referred by a friend and began the process with a phone screen with the hiring manager. Second step was a take-home assignment to write a product requirements document for a feature. The final step after you pass is an in person interview, first with a set of developers, second with a designer, and last with the senior PM.

    Everyone was very nice but the hiring manager was relatively unresponsive to questions/follow ups during the process.
