Conseils à la direction
Pay the people that do good work for you what they deserve, and hire talented people with attractive wages and benefits. Good employees are not retained because you value bad employees as much as everyone else, and don't offer enough financial or alternative benefits to attract capable people.
Eliminate poor performers. By continuing to employ people who underperform constantly, capable employees lose drive to raise the bar in the workplace.
Enable your leadhands, they want to do good, but need your help to get there.
Modernize, without delay.
