    Avantages

    Brilliant environment full of people who really care about hearing loss and disabled people's rights, as well as being passionate about their jobs. Everyone in the team is very intelligent and hard working and the team are lovely and supportive. Really enjoyed working here and would recommend it to anyone.

    J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé une entrevue à Action on Hearing Loss (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en avril 2014.

    Entretien

    outdated needs to be modern and perhaps relevant to job . A bit of job fit would be good.
    Competency based testing perhaps would work well here .
    I do not know what else to suggest as this need a professional to evaluate and advise. This people conducting the interview were not the ones I worked with so it proved to be not the best this as the line manager did not like this and acted out in a dis favourable way .
    Make sure you know the line manager before you accept the offer
