We like high-octane performers. We thus conduct regular training and development sessions to help the employees move ahead and grow in their careers. These sessions are well planned, executed and highly impactful.

Keeping the business context in mind, we have conceptualized and implemented a comprehensive integrated Talent Management Framework, which takes care of critical career passages in an employee’s life cycle. Post training, each participant goes through a three month long Learning Implementation process, to inculcate the learning on the job. The implementation and impact are evaluated by certified panelists.

There are role-based opportunities to build competency, at all levels. Apart from learning, the focus is on the application of the acquired learning on the job, to improve performance and also indoctrinate the required etiquette of our employees.     J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien à [24] (Toronto, ON) en février 2013.


    There was a brief phone call interview.

    I then met the Team Lead and the VP of Technology for a skills based interview. A fellow developer who was supposed to show up could not make it.

    Since then, the on-site interview process has changed. The process now consists of the Team Lead, one or two developers, and a Product Owner. The Team Lead and developers ask technical questions, the Product Owner asks scenario related questions (e.g. what would you do in this situation)

    Everyone was friendly during the process.
