Avantages
Great place to work, many different opportunities for career path, easy to move within organization, great pay compared to competitors and fair evaluations. Company has seen success even in some of the toughest years, and has a very loyal employee base. Lots of subject matter experts, high tenure employees and flexibility for work life balance.
Inconvénients
Very bureaucratic, middle and senior management heavy, heavy on processes and opportunities to streamline especially with decision making. Missing the mark on engagement especially for younger generation, could spend a little more time on succession planning for front line leader levels.

Cookie cutter video interview process where you respond to questions that are prerecorded. Can’t imagine how candidates are to sound enthusiastic when they’re talking to themselves into their laptop. These kind of interviews have got to go.
