J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris +2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien à Rogers Communications (Mississauga, ON) en novembre 2019.
Absolutely awful. If you don't have "sales experience", you will not be able to get an interview let alone a job! Despite over a year of applying and being told I was a "good fit" by 2 managers at job fairs, I could not get more than 2 in-store interviews. The process is too long and the qualifications requirements on the website are extremely vague. Nowhere on a requisition does it say, "sales experience preferred" when that is clearly the case! Ultimately, there is too much red tape considering this is an entry level position that typically hires 1st or 2nd year university/college students. If a high paying job requiring multiple technical degrees (Bachelors, Masters, etc) and professional experience had this level of difficulty, I would understand. The fact that an entry level job that pays minimum wage has such a lengthy and ridiculous hiring process is frankly asinine.
