J'ai travaillé chez Mindshare en tant que stagiaire (Plus d'un an)
Friendly coworkers, excellent location, lots of dogs in the office!
Doesn't seem to have many opportunities for promotions (which is to be expected in the marketing field), though they are more inclined to hire after internships
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Mindshare (Playa Vista, CA (États-Unis)) en mars 2016.
They got back to me via email about a week after sending in my application, and the recruiter scheduled a phone interview with me a few days later. She basically asked me to elaborate on my resume and talk a little bit about myself, no longer than 10 minutes. The recruiter then gave me very honest advice on my chances of getting a final phone interview, as well as what areas of my expertise to sell myself on to the people who I will eventually be working with.
A week later, the recruiter emailed me to schedule a final phone interview with the Digital Investment team. It was two people, both of whom were very friendly current employees. They asked what attracted me to Mindshare, what I was hoping to get out of it, my areas of interest within advertising, and to discuss how well I work with others. Again, the employees were honest and gave me their own experience working for Mindshare.
About 3 days later, the recruiter emailed me the offer, and I accepted the position shortly after. Great interview, really looking forward to working with these people!
Questions d'entretien d'embauche
At least for an intern-level position, there's not much to negotiate, but the offer they gave me was exactly what I was hoping for in terms of placement, and really great pay for an internship.
