Je travaille chez Infosys à plein temps
One of the first advantage is the salary. A second could be the liberty you have, for example you could stay "on bench" for months without any inconvenient, in the other hand you could stay "on bench" for month with nobody asking you for a job ...
Level of IT equipment is really very low. No hope to have recent phone or recent tablets and if you use yours, then Infy inform you that they could reset it remotely ... including your own data !
For foreign Infosyon (not Indiana native) there is no evolution.
Conseils à la direction
Listen the market and promote also non native. Equip collaborator with recent IT equipment, facilitate IT rule and liberate use of computer.
J'ai postulé via une recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Infosys (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en août 2021.
30 minutes with a "Principal" dressed in a Chelsea shirt telling me how good he was at his job. Asked to talk through my CV and experience, but was always cut off within 30 seconds of replying, it was all about him trying to tick off a list of key words that he wanted to hear. Context meant nothing. Then asked about various software packages and my experience with them - again looking to form a simple list. The whole discussion was nothing to do with the job title and despite the interviewer claiming that he'd delivered "many, many successful learning solutions", it was obvious that he was just a glorified salesman and was expecting to hire someone in his own image to do the same. Total joke of an interview and I decided to walk away immediately after it as it was obvious to me that they have no idea about the L&D business. Interestingly, it took Infosys 2 weeks to bother to provide any response (and only then after I prodded them, just to see if they were still alive). If you are a credible L&D professional, avoid.
