J'ai postulé via une autre source. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Google (Cupertino, CA (États-Unis)) en février 2018.
How it was supposed to go:
Show up. Be greeted by a manager and shown around the campus. Go through two sets of two interviews from various departments. Get feedback about how you interviewed when their decision was made.
How it went:
Showed up. Was told to wait and that everything was going to be GREAT and that I was awesome and please ask if I needed anything. Waited. Waited. Asked for them to check if everything was ok. Waited. Waited. Assured that everything was fine. Waited. Watched other interviewees come and go. Waited. Finally was told that my first interviewer was at the wrong building. By this point I’m very stressed. I’m rushed through two interviews, the first (the late one) being very rude, as if this was my problem. Lunch. Two more stressful interviews.
I know I didn’t do great, but was actually looking forward to getting feedback about my interviews so that I might focus on improving on those areas. Alas, after multiple reassurances that I would be given feedback, HR declined to offer me any. Very frustrating.
