I am more than compelled to write this review and I do apologise if it may sound unpleasant.
I am extremely disappointed with the tim overall process took. It should not take more than 6 months to answer a candidate. I had 2 interviews in 6 months to get not just one but two rejections.
Let me explain. Communication as well is important in a recruitment process which I feel totally lacked. I constantly had to request for a feedback again and again to get an answer. After my last rejection, I was not hopeful but then I got a call from their recruiter saying that I am the second in line as the first person rejected the offer. She even said that the process will be quick this time as they want to make a quick decision. Even after giving her several time slots over the next few days I was never reverted for 2 weeks.
After all that positive and probable discussion with her I get to know that they are proceeding with my application after 2 weeks since I got a call then I do want to ask why I was even called second time in the first place.
I can say that I am not new to the interview process and thus I am shocked a company like CWT does not screen candidates well before they even start the interview process? There is no point calling candidates for an interview if there is no match for the skill set required.
Please do not waste the time of candidates as situations like this does not only disappoint but also discourage us not just because the outcome was negative but also that there is no respect shown to the candidates.
Worst application handling ever.
