Overall, CWT has a good work culture. It's a very laid back work environment, flexible work schedules, you work from home two days a week, & I never experienced any micro-management issues. There is also a great opportunity for professional growth. CWT paid for various training & certifications (when able).
CWT was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. CWT had to furlough over 70% of its global workforce. Before COVID, CWT was trying to recover from economic hardships over the years. They withheld yearly merit raises in 2017 & do not offer employees yearly performance bonuses. I just felt that CWT was always struggling financially as a company & that is stressful on top of everything else.

The supervisor take you into a huddle room on the call center floor and asks you about 5-6 questions. No pressure kind of situation, but does try to see what kind of personality you have and if you will fit inside their company ethic and culture.
