J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien à Airbnb (Londres, Angleterre (Royaume-Uni)) en avril 2019.
1st stage: 20-25 min phone interview with someone at recruiting operations, general background, as well as your interest and fit for the role. Questions such as why you're interested in working at Airbnb, current situation and your understanding of the role.
2nd stage: Face to face interview with the Sales manager you'll be working with. Similar situation but more in depth. This stage is more about your understanding as a customer success rep and what you believe could be the objections from customers at this role.
3rd Stage: 30min video interview with Senior marketing manager. This is about wanting to get to know more about your past work experience and how you think you will relay that back to this new role.
4th stage: Two 30min video cross functional interviews. The goal is to have a more holistic conversation to make sure you’ll be successful at Airbnb, not just on the team you’re interviewing for. The focus is on getting to know you better as a potential future colleague. It is important to think about how the product is changing the world, how it affects hosts and guests, and the possibilities ahead.
If successful, final stage will be a reference check.
I personally really enjoyed the whole interview process, this company gets to know the candidate on a deeper level than most companies out here. All the interviewers I interviewed with were all extremely friendly, respectful and inquisitive. From undergoing this whole experience with interviews and researching the company on a deeper level, It's quite clear that staff are really taken care of and everyone has shares the same values. I'm honored to have been offered to work here and I cannot wait to start!
