I interviewed at Accenture, process was supposed to last 3 weeks and lasted 3 months for just 3 interviews, and no communication between each interview. I received very positive feedback after the last interview but apparently, they decided not to recruit anybody externally. Companies should be allowed to run this kind of bogus process wasting time, energy, and illusions of candidates. Really a bad experience.EntretienBehavioral and technical, structured interview.
